Private community chalet nestled in the ski slopes
This home was built in the early 2000s by the well-known architect, Otto Walker, but it needed to be refreshed for a new generation of skiers.
Without construction to remodel the existing structure, we updated the cabin with furnishings, accessories, and lighting.
A Living Room on Each Level
The massive home was built to host many guests. Three of the five floors had a center living area, and we created a unique experience in each one. We styled the main floor area to be formal, the second level to be laid back, and the lower floor to be a warm escape from the ski-in ski-out deck.
Defining the purpose of a room helps when styling multiple living areas that are functional. Main areas are typically more formal, and living areas that are tucked away can be casual and laid back.
