A delightful new home construction in Promontory Club
This home was a new build intended to be a vacation home in the Wasatch mountains.
We furnished the main areas of the home to showcase the Scandinavian-inspired style and space this home has to offer.
The Kitchen
The kitchen area has breathtaking cabinetry work, and we didn’t want any of our furnishings to compete with the light wood grain. We opted for black leather stools and dining chairs–instead of wooden seating–to create contract with the light wood.
Avoid mixing multiple wood grains in one room. Combining different finishes and grains in once space can feel dissonant, so opt for a different material--like fabric, leather, or metal.
