Custom vacation home with lake views
Before putting it on the market, this older custom home needed an update to accentuate its custom features.
We refreshed this home by bringing in new furnishings and accessories. After our work was complete, it stood out as solid competitor against the newly-built homes on the market.
The Entryway
The entry way is the “first impression” space, and we needed it to make a statement. We put a bold cabinet and artwork against the rock wall, bringing out the natural colors in the masonry. This entrance provides a wow factor as guests take their first few steps into the home.
Consoles are great pieces for entryways with a blank wall. We like them because they can hold a lamp for soft mood light in the evening for visitors, along with offering storage right by the door.
