This was a new spec home when we started on the project with the developer.
We brought in new furnishings for the main level of the home and basement living room to showcase the open floor plan living spaces.
The Dining Room
The dining room is a central space seen from almost every area of the main floor, but in its simplicity lacked architectural interest. We brought in a live edge dining table as the visual and physical focal point of the room, creating an appealing space where guests want to gather.
When a room feels plain, use furniture to create visual interest and depth. Furniture can transform a room by physically bringing guests together then giving them something to talk about.
